[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Rapunzel is 1/4 Veela! (This is what Fleur was in-canon, for reference.) Your character should not know this, and it would really mainly take effect in logs, as opposed to journal entries. Also, Rapunzel does NOT have 70 feet of hair.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] I specify this post by post!
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] A bit!
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Sure! She's fairly strong and tough, though she might still be somewhat hesitant to defend herself.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Sure, up through PG-13, but do note that she'll be very cautious about this.

[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?] Temporarily taking away her prefect duties, showing her how her actions have negatively affected others, generally showing a lot of disappointment, taking away Hogsmeade trips.
